History
Lokelani Designs, a very new startup company, was founded by two women who are sisters-in-law. The name of the company is perfect, as Lokelani is Hawaiian for "Little Roses". And you guessed it. The two women who started the company are Kathy Rose and Julie Rose. In addition to their family name, the women wanted a name that exuded exotic feelings as that was the essence of their jewelry collection.

All jewelry items are made from the highest quality sterling silver, pearls,
natural stones, garnet, blue topaz, peridot, citrine, amethyst, smokey quartz,
rose quartz, jade and turquoise. Gorgeous pearl settings, bling bangles, square

Compensation Plan
Consultants earn twenty-five percent on their retail sales, paid at the time
of showing, with an added five percent bonus for higher volume. They may also
earn monthly commissions for sales by others that they sponsor into the
business. The company does have sales quotas to remain active and receive
bonuses on the team's productivity.
So that everyone has the same advantage, Consultants may not sell the jewelry
through showing it on the internet or in retail stores. The company also offers
free jewelry to the Consultants when completing the "Start Smart" program.
