History
Denise Snow, company founder and president has always had a flair for fashion,
enjoying every opportunity to advise friends on their outfits and styles. While
she worked outside the home, she always had that nagging in the back of her neck
to have something of her own, a way to feel like she was her own identity while
at the same time spending quality time with her family.
Quite by accident, one day, she saw a wonderful boutique of fashion jewelry. She
instantly knew she wanted a shop like that but realistically it would take hours
and hours each day and she would not fulfil her dream to spend more time with
her family. She also wanted to provide an opportunity for other women with whom
she could identify because she understood the emotions of career versus
motherhood. She felt that women should be able to work in a supportive
environment with her friends having fun.
And of course, when she pulled all of her requirements together she launched
Bella Shaye Jewelry.
Products
As new as Bella Shaye is in the jewelry party plan business, they boast the
release of three catalogs per year which include necklaces, bracelets, rings and
earrings made with sterling silver, marcasite, black onyx, lavender crystals,
rhinestones, glass beads and shells.

Compensation Plan
Very little information is available but there are levels at which point,
Jewelry Consultants can earn as much as forty percent commission on sales and
nine percent on downline sales. There are also bonuses and incentive plans.
